12 MINISTRY OF HEALTH SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED TO UMED STUDENTS – AWARD CEREMONY RECAP!
On Saturday, a formal award ceremony for the Ministry of Health Scholarships took place at the Ministry’s headquarters in Warsaw. The scholarships recognize outstanding academic and athletic achievements in the 2024/2025 academic year.
Students from the Medical University of Lodz made up the largest group of recipients, highlighting the university’s strong academic and extracurricular record. The honourees received congratulations from Minister of Health Izabela Leszczyna and MUL Rector Prof. Janusz Piekarski.

Once again, the Medical University of Lodz leads all Polish medical universities in the number of scholarships awarded, underscoring the high quality of education and the exceptional engagement of its students in both academic and athletic pursuits.
The Ministry of Health awarded a total of 48 scholarships to students from nine Polish medical universities.
