CLINICAL HOSPITALS OF MUL: LEADERS IN HEALTH MANAGER RANKING
We are proud to announce that the clinical hospitals of the Medical University of Lodz have been recognized among the top university hospitals in Poland, according to the latest Health Manager ranking.
This ranking evaluates the performance of academic hospitals across the country based on measurable and comparable indicators. A total of 29 institutions were assessed, with scores ranging from 2 to 8 points:
- 8 points – awarded to hospitals demonstrating outstanding performance, marked by strong financial health and dynamic service development
- 2 points – assigned to hospitals facing financial challenges and/or stagnation in service growth
In this year’s edition, two of our clinical hospitals achieved the highest possible score of 8 points:
- N. Barlicki University Clinical Hospital No. 1
- Central Clinical Hospital in Lodz
We are also pleased to report that University Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Lodz (formerly University Clinical Hospital of the Military Medical Academy – Central Veterans Hospital) earned an impressive 6 points, further underscoring the strong performance of our healthcare institutions.
This recognition reflects the excellence, resilience, and continuous development of the MUL’s clinical network, and highlights the exceptional work of our staff in providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
