The graduation Ceremony for the English Division students at the Faculty of Medicine and the Medical and Dentistry Division was held on 29 June 2023.  160 graduates from 35 countries received their diplomas handed by Prof. Lucyny Woźniak PhD DSc., Vice-Rector for Research Strategy and International Relations.

Certyficates for the outstanding results were awarded to:

Dr Magdalena Kot , DMD program (dentistry)

Dr Sodiq Ademola Ojuolape, Medicine, MD Advanced Program

Dr Mostafa Ghazwan Jihad, Medicine, 6MD Program

The following academic teachers were also recognised:

Dr Damian Chybicki, Department of Dental Surgery, 5 DMD Program

Dr Mateusz Staciwa, Department of Internal Diseases and Clinical Pharmacology, 6 MD and MD Advanced Program.

The Medical University of Lodz has provided studies in English for 20 years and this year’s ceremony was also a summary of the University engagement in medical teaching in English. Currently, 756 students from nearly 90 countries attend courses in English at MUL. Over the last 20 years 1036 students have graduated in Medicine and Dentistry in English.
