MUL AMONG BEST UNIVERSITIES IN POLAND AND WORLDWIDE ACCORDING TO 2025 CWUR INTERNATIONAL RANKING
The results of the latest edition of the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) have been announced. The Medical University of Lodz (MUL) ranked within the top 4.8% of the best universities and research institutions worldwide.
The ranking evaluated 21,462 institutions, from which the top 2,000 universities and research centers globally were selected. At the top of the list, as in last year’s edition, were Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Stanford University.
Among Polish institutions, 40 universities and research centers were included in the ranking. The top three were Jagiellonian University, University of Warsaw, and AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.
MULranked 3rd among Polish medical universities and 12th overall in the national ranking.
The Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) is a prestigious consulting organization based in the United Arab Emirates. Its rankings are based on a rigorous methodology that includes seven key indicators grouped into four pillars:

- Alumni Employment (25%)
- Quality of Faculty (10%)
- Research (40%)
