The Department of Geriatrics MUL initiated the implementation of a project in collaboration with Forth Research Institute in Greece!
#GrePolCare 🇬🇷 🇵🇱 is Twinning FrailCare Greek-Polish project which involves #BONVITA digital platform developed by #CeHA w ICS-FORTH that is now going to be tested by the actual end users at the Department of Geriatrics MUL.
