SHORT DESCRIPTION OF RESEARCH ACTIVITY
Our department (http://biostat.umed.pl) conducts translational research, crossing the gap between clinical medicine and molecular biology by implementing tools from the informatics, statistics and mathematics fields. Our research and teaching focus is on designing and carrying out medical research, biostatistics and use of new bioinformatic solutions for medical sciences. We also coordinate postgraduate studies in biostatistics.
