Circular letter No. 3/2021 of 30 December 2021 of the Rector of the Medical University of Lodz about the Gender Equality Plan for the Medical University of Lodz
The Medical University of Lodz adopts the Gender Equality Plan for the Medical University of Lodz, taking into account the action plan for 2022-2024, the purpose of which is to ensure:
1.work-life balance and organisational culture;
2.gender balance in leadership and decision-making;
3.gender equality in recruitment and career progression;
4. integration of the gender dimension into research and teaching content;
5.measures against gender-based violence including sexual harassment.
